We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleAs anWindows Administration Expert , you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Windows-based systems and services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.Hybrid work model:2 days in the office and 3 days remote.Availability:Participation in 24x7 on-call rotations.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) and related services.Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls.Ensure system security, patching, and compliance with best practices.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational stability.Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents.Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and changes.Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business needs.Who You AreTechnical and Professional RequirementsExperience:4-6 years in Windows systems administration and infrastructure management.Expert knowledge of:Windows Server administrationActive Directory and related servicesPreferred:Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automationUnderstanding of networking fundamentals and security best practicesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Languages RequiredSpanishIntermediate EnglishCatalanEducationRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Preferred:Certifications such asMicrosoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AssociateorITIL Foundation .Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
