You’ll be part of a multicultural, passionate, and collaborative team where innovation and ownership truly matter Your Role : As a Backend Engineer within the Cross-Connectors squad, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling the company’s core platform.Your main responsibilities include: Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, secure APIs Developing robust backend services in Python (Go is a strong plus ) Collaborating with Product and DevOps teams to turn business needs into technical solutions Ensuring the platform’s scalability, performance, and security Contributing to technical decisions and architectural discussions Profile2–5 years of experience in backend developmentStrong expertise in Python (Go experience highly valued)Solid understanding xsgfvud of API design and third-party integrationsGood knowledge of SQL + ORM (SQLAlchemy)Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, etc.)Strong engineering culture: clean code, testing, CI/CD, agile mindset Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with banking APIs / open banking (PSD2)Knowledge of Go, AI, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, or application securityCuriosity, autonomy, and a team-first mindset
