We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to own go-to-market from day zero: positioning, messaging, content, outbound, and helping close our first customers across MENA and Asia. No se demore, desplácese hacia abajo y envíe su solicitud lo antes posible para no perder la oportunidad.What you’ll doDefine ICP + messaging: Identify who we sell to (AI startups, ML teams, data-heavy SaaS) and craft a clear “why DODIL” narrative.Drive pipeline hands-on: Run outreach, book meetings, support discovery calls, help run demos, and manage follow-ups through close.Build growth content: Write LinkedIn posts, ship simple landing pages, create short videos, and publish lightweight case studies around RAG, vector DBs, and AI infra.Experiment across channels: Test outbound, social, communities, partnerships, and events—then double down on what creates qualified conversations.Close the feedback loop: Bring learnings from calls/POCs/lost deals back into product, pricing, and messaging.You might be a good fit ifYou’ve owned or strongly driven growth + GTM at an early-stage SaaS / cloud startup.You’re strategist + operator: you can talk ICP/positioning and also write the message, run the call, and ship the page.You can explain technical products simply to non-infra stakeholders (founders, PMs, ops).You enjoy selling and storytelling, and you move fast with experiments.Nice to haveExperience selling or growing adoption in SMB/startup segments.Background in cloud, DevTools, infra, or AI tooling (or you ramp fast).Experience setting up lightweight growth tooling (CRM, email sequences, analytics, attribution).What we offerA possible founding seat at the table with real influence on growth, product, and strategy.High ownership and autonomy in how we go to market.Competitive compensation (salary + equity) aligned with early-stage impact. xsgfvud A path to grow into Head of Growth / Head of GTM as DODIL scales.
