For more information, visit .Manage a team of EMEA based Technical Design Authority engineers that works closely with Product, Network Architecture, Network Engineering, Solution's Team (Sales Engineering), Project Management, Technical Management, Network Provisioning & Service Assurance to ensure that client solutions are designed, deployed and implemented per client expectations.The TDA Manager is the focal point for technical design activities with our sales engineering contacts and is responsible for delivering the company values in alignment with the points above.Job Scope/Supervision:Asegúrese de que toda la información de su solicitud está actualizada y en orden antes de inscribirse en esta oportunidad.The Manager, TDA will be responsible for managing the several TDA engineers as well as being able to handle himself the TDA engineer role for some projects. They will work for Global Director of TDA within Service Delivery and will have several direct reports, some of which may have their own teams. Ensuring all technical commitments made during the sales process are credible, valid and delivered by the Global Service Delivery teams.Minimize GTT's commercial risk and exposure on all projects.Ensure that TDA team effectively manage technical change, scope creep, risk management and all other aspects required to deliver successful technical outcomes.Liaise with clients and ensure deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycleEnsure that the TDA engineers under its responsibility will demonstrate and share the values of proactivity, reliability,flexibility, positive attitude, time management and time reporting.Minimize GU's commercial and legal risk and exposure to all technical aspects of projects during the sales phase.Maintain product-specific knowledge and minimize skills gap via knowledge sharing and training.. 5+ years' experience managing technical resources to meet critical project deliverables in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.~ Excellent matrix management and ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships~ Multi-platform design, implementation and support experience~ Multi-protocol data network support experience with a strong knowledge of routing and switching.~ A Bachelor's degree, or higher, or significant experience from a telecoms background.ITIL qualifications desirable.Industry standard Network & Security Certifications (Managed Data & Security focused on present-day technologies)Hours/Travel/Shift:In addition to US federal law requirements, GTT complies with applicable state and local laws governing non-discrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities.
