What sets us apart is our in-depth understanding of each partner (being their best influencer), addressing not only their needs but also capturing their essence.Currently, a well-known SaaS solutions provider for business management, with a strong presence in Spain and part of an international group, is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen their technical team and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of their digital platforms.What will be your challenge?As an SRE in this company, your mission will be to ensure maximum availability and performance of their systems and digital platforms, working in an environment of high innovation and impact. In collaboration with development and operations teams, your role will be to automate, monitor, and respond to incidents to maintain and improve system stability. Your primary responsibilities will include :Designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure high availability and scalability.Automating deployments, monitoring, and incident recovery processes.Collaborating with development teams to embed reliability practices throughout the software lifecycle.Monitoring system performance and responding swiftly to critical incidents.Creating and maintaining dashboards, alerts, and real-time monitoring tools.Documenting procedures and establishing best practices for reliability and security.Participating in capacity planning and risk management.What are we looking for?Proven experience in SRE, DevOps, or high-availability environments.Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) and CI / CD pipelines.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).Ability to resolve critical incidents quickly and effectively.Strong teamwork and clear technical communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.What do we offer?Remote Friendly (Although we like to see each other at least once a month, we prefer that you live in Barcelona.)Shorter workday on Fridays.26 vacation days.Training budgetLanguage classesHigh-quality work equipment.Office environment in a privileged locationInnovative projects in a motivating, collaborative environment.Excellent opportunities for professional growth. xsgfvud Discounts on gym memberships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
