We are currently recruiting for a Manager to join our Valuations team in Spain that will be based either in our Barcelona or Madrid offices. As a Manager, you will gain a broad range of experience.Key AccountabilitiesWork on diverse valuation engagements both within Spain and across EuropePerform high-quality valuation analyses using a variety of valuation methodologiesCollaborate with Interpath service lines such as Restructuring, Debt Advisory and Transactions Advisory in addition to Valuations colleagues internationallyContribute to high-profile client reports and build client-facing exposureBuild interpersonal & technical skills through significant exposure to the Spanish leadership teamContribute to the growth of the Interpath business in Spain and globally by participating in client-facing eventsTypical Projects IncludeValuation of companies, businesses, equity stakes and intangible assets in contexts such as M&A and Fairness OpinionsValuation in the context of financial reporting: Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) reports based on accounting standards and Impairment Test analysisValuation in a restructuring contextValuation for tax and legal purposesValuation in contexts of financial and corporate restructuringsValuation for disputes & litigationPrivate Equity portfolio valuationRequirementsValuations and modelling experience gained at a Big 4 or other reputable consulting firm, investment bank or independent valuation firmProficiency in valuation methodologiesStrong educational background and exceptional academic recordAdvanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPointFluent business level Spanish and English; additional European languages are advantageousStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBenefitsAt Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business.
