OverviewPuede obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.We are seeking an MDM Scrum Master to support the execution of MDM (Master Data Management) and/or other projects ensuring successful implementations. This role will ensure Agile practices are effectively applied, project activities are coordinated, and progress is tracked across global teams. The Scrum Master will help the Leads in planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication to guarantee timely and successful project execution in the Architecture, Intelligence and Technology Department (AI&T).ResponsibilitiesSupport the Leads in day-to-day project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure alignment across functional and technical teams.Assist in the creation and maintenance of the project backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Track progress against milestones and deliverables, escalating risks and dependencies proactively.Ensure accurate project documentation (RAIDs: Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) is kept up to date.Collaborate with business stakeholders to align priorities and progress.Support preparation of status reports and executive updates for steering committees and leadership.Ensure Agile best practices are followed and promote continuous improvement within the team.Coordinate cross-team activities, especially between Architecture, Integration, and Functional Analyst workstreams.Qualifications5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum environments, ideally within data or MDM programs.Strong background as a Scrum Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management fundamentals.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.Excellent communication and reporting abilities, with experience interacting with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency with Agile/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project).Preferred SkillsPrior experience in Master Data Management, data or software projects.Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP).Background in global, multi-stakeholder project environments.Additional InformationJoin a globally recognized and stable company, a leader in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.Enjoy a flexible schedule and a hybrid work model.Access continuous learning opportunities through SGS University and Campus.Collaborate in a multinational environment with colleagues from various continents. xsgfvud Benefit from a comprehensive benefits platform.#J-18808-Ljbffr
