Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the planet.** Your next challenge**Drive SME business growth through the development, management and scaling of the indirect partner ecosystem, strengthening collaboration with banks, brokers, payroll/HCM providers, labour advisers and new strategic alliances.• Execute the indirect channel strategy for the SME segment.• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic partners.• Activate and develop new indirect partners.• Design demand-generation, referral and co-selling programmes.• Train and enable partners’ commercial teams; oversee pipeline follow-up.• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Legal to ensure coordinated execution.• Monitor KPIs and produce regular executive reporting.• Manage relationships with key customers and partners. **You’re a match*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.* 5-7 years of experience in sales management role, with focus on designing and executing the indirect channels strategy for the SME segment.* Experience in Fintech / Banking / SaaS / Consultancy sector.* Leadership experience will be a plus.* Fluent inSpanish and English.* Strong communications and negotiation skills.* Ability to deal with various and complex stakeholders.* Analytical and data driven skills and mindset,* Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.* Hybrid model: 3 days at the office, 2 days at home.** Interviewers:*** Video call or face to face with the TA Hub.* Video call or face to face with HR Director Spain.* Video call or face to face with Sales SME Director Spain.* Video call or face to face with Large Sales Director. **Your location:** Madrid **Happy at work**1) *A meaningful job:* Be the change Help us build the future of employee benefits by bringing to life sustainable and personalized experiences and contribute to make a real impact on millions of lives.
