About Coleo & WastexAt Coleo, we are committed to transforming the textile industry to create lasting, positive change for both people and the planet.Sea uno de los primeros solicitantes, lea la descripción completa del puesto a continuación y luego envíe su candidatura para que sea considerada.With a tech-driven approach, we valorise post-consumer garments and develop scalable, circular solutions.Wastex is the technological heart of Coleo.We design the machinery and software that power both our own operations and those of our clients.At Wastex, we don’t just "write code" or "draw blueprints"; we solve real-world industrial problems.Our technology ensures traceability, efficiency, and scalability in a sector that is urgently transforming.The RoleWe are looking for a QA Engineer to elevate product quality from design to production.You will participate actively in the development cycle, detecting risks before they occur and automating everything that makes sense in an agile industrial environment.You will work side-by-side with backend and frontend teams in an agile environment, making a real impact on a product used in industrial and operational settings.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing plans.Create and maintain automated tests (API and/or E2E).Validate integrations between services and external systems.Detect, document, and track bugs with technical judgment.Collaborate with the team to improve quality processes and requirements definition.Provide a quality-first perspective from early stages (refinement, design, and PRs).RequirementsExperience in manual and automated testing.Proficiency with REST API testing (Postman, etc.) and the ability to read code (JS/TS or another backend language).Basic knowledge in HTTP, JSON, authentication, and state management.Experience or strong interest in automation (tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)A critical eye and a drive to improve processes, not just execute tasks.You are proactive in finding solutions and do not "boomerang" problems back to developers without prior investigation.Nice to HaveHands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).Experience in B2B, SaaS, or industrial products.Experience testing within Node.js environments.Ability to validate systems with intricate workflows and business rules.BenefitsImpact-driven work in a scale-up projecting exponential growth from 2026.Hybrid work model. xsgfvud Competitive salary and the option to apply for flexible compensation (restaurant, public transport, health insurance or kindergarten).
