To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for :Responsibility for tasks related to financial modelling, due diligence analysis, preparing materials and providing support for internal approval processesProviding assistance with legal documentation negotiation and transaction closing, including internal operations.Management of NDAs and preliminary documentation, with support from the legal departmentAssistance in preparing marketing materials to support origination with clientsResponsibility for internal information management processes and pipelines, and for coordinating with relationship teamsWork alongside internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Capital, Markets) to structure efficient transactions under SCIB's frameworkWHAT YOU’LL BRINGOur people are our greatest strength.
