We bring people solutions to life and turn HR into a value source for our clients and their people.Asegúrese de leer detenidamente la información sobre esta oportunidad antes de presentar su candidatura.Our people solutions span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent.Are you ready to join us?Which tasks can you expect?Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management.Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscapeLead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionalityDesign and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practicesFacilitate workshops and training sessions for key usersEnsure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teamsCollaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovationWhat do you have to offer?Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Times Management solutions.
