In this role, you will contribute to complex technical decisions, drive engineering excellence and work closely with Product Management, QA and other teams to shape solutions that truly meet customer needs.As a senior member of the team, you will act as a technical leader—mentoring developers, improving processes and promoting best practices while continuously staying up to date with modern tools and technologies.Since this position specifically supports the French market, fluency in French is mandatory to ensure accurate understanding of functional and regulatory requirements and effective communication with stakeholders.If you are passionate about solving challenging problems, delivering customer-focused solutions and elevating engineering standards, we would be delighted to meet you./ This is a hybrid position, with three days per week in our Barcelona office.ResponsibilitiesApply broad and deep software engineering expertise to deliver complex and high-impact features.Design, develop and maintain high-quality software, including requirements, architecture, coding and documentation.Collaborate early with Product Managers to shape solutions that are flexible, extensible and robust.Stay current with relevant technologies and automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.Evaluate progress, identify improvements and recommend changes to processes or technical approaches.Act as a technical thought leader, driving innovation, clarity and strong engineering practices.Partner effectively with cross‑functional teams (Product Management, QA/XD, other product lines) to deliver outcomes.Mentor and coach junior developers, contributing to their growth and to positive team dynamics.Ensure all work meets quality standards, including clear documentation, testing and adherence to best practices.As this role supports the French market, ensure accurate understanding of functional and regulatory requirements—fluency in French is mandatory.C#, .NET Core (preferred) / .NETStrong experience with Web APIs.Fluent in French and advanced in English.Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, patterns and architectures.Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing and automation.Deep knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum, XP, TDD, pair programming, etc.).Desired SkillsExperience with Web Services.Cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.Experience contributing to technical strategy or architecture discussions.Join us and make an impact in a dynamic environmentBenefitsFlexible benefits: exchange part of your salary and make tax savings on health insurance, meal and transport vouchers, childcare, and training.Well‑being: Free access to the Calm app (for up to 5 users), 24/7 counselling, and emotional support from our Healthy Mind Coaches.
