We are looking for a Data Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join the Data Visualization Competence Center with Tableau and SQL skills to support the transition to a new data platform of our client from the banking sector. High english level is required. Availability to go to the client's offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Analyse the current BI landscape, understand business needs, and identify gaps between the legacy and future data environments. Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and eventually build or enhance Tableau reports, and work hands-on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of your analysis.. Building dashboards. Mandatory requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline 3+ years in a data/BI/business analyst or similar role Solid hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data/reporting environments Skilled in creating clear, structured documentation Ability to understand and communicate data/reporting-related changes and its business impact Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights Data analysis and problem solving skills Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
