At 9altitudes, we’re looking for a B2B Content & Campaigns Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create compelling content and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive visibility and generate demand.You’ll work in a hybrid model from our modern office at DFactory Barcelona, collaborating with international colleagues and supporting Sales to turn ideas into measurable results. Spanish will be your daily working language, while strong English skills are essential for cross-team collaboration and selected content assets.At 9altitudes, you’re not just joining a local team, you’re part of an international network of marketing professionals across Europe. This means learning from experts, sharing best practices, and growing your skills in a truly global environment.Skills4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience (software services, SaaS, tech consulting, or B2B tech agency).Proven track record in creating high-quality B2B content (Spanish daily; English for collaboration and selected assets).Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (email marketing, segmentation, workflows).Strong collaboration with Sales and understanding of B2B commercial cycles (handover, nurturing, pipeline).Excellent writing and editing skills: able to simplify complex topics into clear messaging.Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders.Performance mindset: KPIs, data-driven improvements.Proactive, hands-on ownership.AI literacy: using AI to draft, synthesise insights, and improve workflows.Your travel pack will be filled withCompetitive salary based on experience.Continuous development with coaching from international B2B marketing experts.A modern martech stack and a collaborative team.Flexible working hours and a hybrid model (3 days/week at DFactory Barcelona).A modern office with great amenities.An open, positive, and collaborative culture.Get in touchReady to take your marketing skills to new heights?
