Desde Q-tech buscamos Data Project Manager para incorporarse a una compañía líder del sector de la movilidad , con más de 100 años de historia , presencia internacional y en un momento clave de crecimiento y transformación tecnológica . Se trata de un proyecto/momento muy estratégico: reconstrucción de la plataforma de datos desde cero para dar soporte a múltiples áreas de negocio, con grandes volúmenes de información y un impacto directo en la toma de decisiones. ¿Diseñar, construir y evolucionar la cadena completa del dato , asegurando calidad, trazabilidad y fiabilidad, y participando activamente en la definición del nuevo ecosistema de datos de la compañía. ¿Construcción de pipelines de datos end-to-end: ingesta, transformación, enriquecimiento y preparación . Definición e implementación de procesos de calidad y validación del dato . Orquestación y monitorización de procesos de datos. Participación en decisiones de arquitectura de datos (entorno greenfield). Liderazgo y planificación de proyectos de datos con autonomía real. Colaboración estrecha con equipos de BI / Analytics. Interacción directa con múltiples áreas de negocio como cliente interno. ¿Experiencia como Data Engineer . Experiencia real trabajando con pipelines, calidad del dato y entornos complejos. Background en entornos cloud (preferencia Microsoft, no excluyente). Se valora más la actitud, el criterio y la sensibilidad por el dato que el dominio de un stack concreto. ¿Rol estratégico en una organización estable y en crecimiento. Equipo técnico pequeño, plano y con capacidad de decisión. Modelo de trabajo híbrido (presencial relevante al inicio). xsgfvud Flexibilidad horaria.
