Debe ser un líder técnico con capacidad de interlocución directa con diferentes áreas de negocio y proveedores, cuyo rol principal será garantizar la integridad, las mejores prácticas y la evolución tecnológica de la plataforma ServiceNow.HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS Y CONOCIMIENTOS OBLIGATORIOS• Certificación: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – IMPRESCINDIBLE.• Módulos de ServiceNow: Conocimiento extenso y experiencia práctica en, al menos: ITSM, SPM, Legal Service Delivery, ITOM, SECOPS, GRC y WSD.• Plataforma: Conocimiento profundo de las capacidades, novedades y mejores prácticas de la plataforma ServiceNow. xsgfvud • Gobierno y Administración: Experiencia en gestión de instancias, upgrades, seguridad, integraciones (REST/SOAP, MID Server), y performance.Habilidades Blandas: Liderazgo, comunicación clara, gestión de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, organización y orientación al cliente interno
