We are looking for a passionatePrompt Engineerto join their AI Innovation Lab. This role goes beyond technical excellence: it is about leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technologies todrive meaningful change in organizations, communities, and society .As Prompt Engineer, you will design, optimize, and scale interactions with large language models (LLMs) to deliver solutions that improvedecision-making, knowledge access, and collaboration . You will work in a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, contributing to projects whereAI is applied to human development, sustainability, and social well-being .Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, test, and refine prompts to maximize the quality, accuracy, and ethical reliability of generative AI outputs.Build and maintain aprompt engineering frameworkwith reusable templates, libraries, and guidelines.Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams tointegrate AI into tools that address social and business challenges .Apply advanced NLP techniques, embeddings, and fine-tuning methods to tailor LLMs to specific use cases.Implement metrics to evaluate model performance, bias, and inclusivity.Support the development ofAI systems aligned with organizational values, ethical standards, and social responsibility principles .Stay ahead of the curve in prompt engineering, AI safety, and generative model capabilities.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, or related discipline.Demonstrated experience designing prompts and workflows for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Llama, etc.).Solid programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience working with APIs.Strong understanding of NLP methods, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Ability to work cross-functional and translate human needs into AI-powered solutions.Fluent in English (B2+).Nice to HaveExperience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or MLOps frameworks (Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow).Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.Background in applied research or social innovation projects.We OfferCompetitive gross annual salary100% remote work flexibility within Spain.Access tostate-of-the-art AI tools and infrastructure .Involvement inhigh-impact projectswhere AI contributes to sustainability, education, healthcare, and organizational transformation.A culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, andpurpose-driven innovation .Training opportunities in generative AI, ethics, and advanced prompt engineering.This is not just another AI role. xsgfvud It’s an opportunity to use technology to build a more conscious, equitable, and human-centered future.#J-18808-Ljbffr
