English Speaking Growth Account Executive – English Speaking (EdTech / SaaS)A fast-growing global Education Technology SaaS company is looking for a Growth Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with higher education and enterprise clients across Spain and Portugal.Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta oportunidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación.This role focuses on driving long-term customer success, account expansion, and strategic growth.The RoleYou will own a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion through consultative, value-based selling.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans across assigned institutionsEngage senior stakeholders to understand digital learning strategiesPresent compelling value propositions aligned to customer goalsDrive adoption, renewal, and growth of enterprise SaaS solutionsNegotiate long-term commercial agreementsMaintain excellent pipeline accuracy and forecasting disciplineConsistently exceed revenue targetsProvide structured feedback to Product and Customer Experience teamsBuild strong internal cross-functional relationshipsRepresent the company at key industry events and conferencesPosition yourself as a trusted advisor in the education technology spaceRequirementsFluent in Spanish & English (additional languages highly desirable: Portuguese, French, Italian)Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of enterprise sales experienceStrong consultative sales and solution-selling capabilityExperience xsgfvud selling SaaS / enterprise softwareExperience selling into education highly preferredStrong needs analysis, proposal writing, and tender management experienceExposure to public sector procurement processes is a plusStrategic, analytical, and commercially driven mindsetWhat’s On OfferHighly competitive salary + commissionPrivate medical insuranceLifestyle and wellbeing benefitsTuition reimbursementGenerous PTO and flexible workingCareer development in a global, high-growth company
