We operate fully remote or from our offices in Dubai, Lisbon, Paris, or Mumbai.What We’re Looking ForA hands‑on Head Of Growth who can ideate, build, and launch experiments, speak data and persuasion fluently, and leverage AI tools daily.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.Identify segments where an offer works or does not.Architect funnels and campaigns—map them out and oversee their implementation.Set up tracking, audit flows, ensure machine works before scaling budgets.Run relentless optimization: CRO & A/B testing, design, launch, and analyze tests.Identify friction points, audit pages, and implement fixes.Explore and scale acquisition channels, work with Paid Social and other channels.Collaborate with content factory, analyze ad performance, refine briefs.Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.Lead the Growth team—provide strategy, copy angles, technical guidance, and hire talent.Align revenue with Sales: track leads, appointments, and deals; prioritize high‑intent leads.Tools You’ll MasterGA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and related tools.KPIs & Desired OutcomesLTV / CAC ratio.Funnel conversion rates by stage.Number of experiments launched per week.Conversion rates 2× better than baseline.Continuous growth experimentation.Predictable growth engine.ExperienceMinimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally SaaS or e‑commerce.Track record designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests with measurable revenue/user activation impact.CompetenciesGrowth diagnosis & system thinking.Persuasion & behavioral insight.Analytical skills.PersonalityCuriosity: dig deep into user behavior.Hands‑on execution.Precision and clarity.Agility.LanguagesFrench: Native / Bilingual.English: Fluent.
