As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading your teams, start to finish, through the successful execution of client projects. This may include scoping and designing the project, supporting the day-to-day work of your team, advising clients, and partnering with a manager to further develop a client relationship.ResponsibilitiesClient DeliveryIndependently run mid-to-large scale projects that combine ethnographic and quantitative research, data analysis, insight development, and strategy developmentThoughtfully design research to fit client objectives and constraints – drawing on ethnography, foresight, and quant methods as appropriateLead relevant business insight, strategy and value propositions, and further, into brand and or productServe as a trusted advisor to clientsAbility navigates the unexpectedAttention to detail to ensure quality in everything we doAble to identify and communicate highly actionable insights and strategiesEnsure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, at high quality, and within budgetBusiness and PracticeOwn the development of pitches and proposals for incoming RFPsHelp develop our portfolio of methodologies and best practices.People and CultureManage the distribution and pace of project work, balancing output with the wellbeing of your teamCreate an inspiring and inclusive Team dynamicCoach and develop team members using constructive feedbackFoster the values of an intellectually ambitious and humble cultureQualificationsThe ideal candidate:Degree in social sciences (e.g. anthropology, sociology) or business discipline (e.g. MBA); a professional background that combines both is highly valuedExperienced in marketing and strategy, with a strong interest in challenging, high-impact projects,particularly in the pharmaceutical sectorKnowledgeable and passionate about the intersection of business and social sciences, with expertise in human insight & foresight methodologies (e.g. ethnography, cultural & semiotic analysis, signal scanning); quantitative research is a must7+ years of experience in a strategy consultancy (e.g. business strategy, innovation strategy, marketing strategy) including:4+ years xsgfvud independently managing complex, multi-stage projects4+ years in an advisory capacity to senior client stakeholders4+ years of managing small teams multidisciplinary experts and a proven ability to develop, inspire, and collaborate with diverse teamsExceptional communication, writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives that simplify complex topics.Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisionsEnglish and Spanish fluency (other languages are a big plus)Able to handle ambiguity and divergent ideasOpenness to new methodologies and processesWhat we offerFlexible hybrid work setupExposure to high-impact projects with leading companies of the worldExciting variety of challenges from exploratory research to business innovationA fast-growing consultancy where your input and expertise play part in steering the company forward#J-18808-Ljbffr
