We design meaningful living experiences powered by community, technology, and design.We’re now looking for aFounder’s Associate Internto work directly with our CEO on strategic growth, fundraising, and scalability initiatives. This is not a regular internship — it’s an opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and venture building in one of Europe’s most promising proptech startups.What you’ll doSupport the CEO on fundraising activities: investor materials, financial tracking, and due diligence.Contribute to market expansion projects and new business model design.Analyze metrics and help improve operational efficiency and scalability.Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and Excel modelling to track and project company KPIs and cash flow.Participate in key meetings and help translate high-level ideas into execution.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, tech, community) to implement strategic priorities.What we’re looking forFinal-year student or recent graduate in Business,Engineering,Finance, or similar.Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.Strong financial acumen and Excel skills.Entrepreneurial mindset: Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.Interest in startups, real estate, or venture building.Why EnsoDirect mentorship from the CEO and exposure to fundraising, strategy, and operations.Work side-by-side with the founding team on strategic projects.Learn how to scale a high-growth startup.Monthly compensation of €750 gross (internship contract with minimal deductions).Opportunity to grow into a full-time role after the internship.Hybrid model — Barcelona office + partial remote work.Young, flexible, and collaborative culture.Internship agreement:Don’t worry about the paperwork — if you can get the internship agreement through your university, that’s perfect; but if not,we can easily handle it on our side. xsgfvud We collaborate with accredited online training programs designed specifically for internship purposes, so if you believe this position is the right fit for you, we can quickly arrange a valid internship contract through an online course.
