Together with a team of committed colleagues, the Legal Manager will have an active role within the Legal Department, supporting a range of on-going projects in collaboration with key departments such as Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development, Alliance Management and Scientific Affairs.ORGANIZATION STRUCTUREThe Legal Manager position is an in-house legal counsel role incorporated in the Legal Department, reporting to the Senior Legal Manager. RESPONSIBILITIESOn a daily basis, the Legal Manager will: Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to support Adalvo’s business operations;Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to licensing agreements, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and distribution agreements;Contribute to building and designing best legal processes and practices for the Legal Department that streamline operations and improve overall legal functions;Provide timely recommendations to mitigate potential legal exposure;Proactively identify potential legal risks and assist in implementing strategies to minimize those risks;Regularly communicate with and provide input to the Senior Legal Manager regarding legal issues and developments affecting Adalvo.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSExcellent level of English, both written and spoken;3 to 7 years of legal experience preferably within an in-house Legal department at a pharmaceutical company or, at a top law firm with a focus on life sciences;Proven track record in managing commercial agreements, such as licensing agreements, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and distribution agreements;Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment;Business-focused, with the ability to understand and align legal strategies with broader business objectives;Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling communication across various levels of the organization;Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners; andA dedicated and high-integrity professional who operates with the utmost ethical standards in handling sensitive legal matters.CORE COMPETENCIESBusiness FocusDrive for ResultsBuilding Team SpiritCustomer ServiceEmbracing ChangeQualityWhy join us?
