Gibraltar (open to applications from candidates willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Southern Spain / Andalucía - visa sponsorship is unfortunately not on offer so eligibility to live / work in either of these locations is required) Great remuneration package including bonus I'm looking for a Delivery Manager to take ownership of waterfall & agile delivery and multi-system release management across my client's core platforms, which include energy / commodity trading, ETRM, SaaS CTRM, a Low Code Development Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). If you're a delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and loves creating clarity, predictability and structure around the waterfall to agile mindset shift....this role is for you. What You'll Lead as the Delivery Manager You'll be leading integrated release processes end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Business Intelligence / Data warehousing, Production & Disaster Recovery) across multiple locations and driving the waterfall to agile mindset shift. You'll enable sprint ceremonies, refine backlogs and uphold SDLC and CAB governance with audit-ready release processes. Providing clear communication, scopes, risk assessment, impact analysis and sprint retrospectives will be key. You'll also support DR planning and testing with clear communication to Senior Management, while proactively managing technical debt, defects and operational risks. What You Bring Experience as a Delivery Manager and / or Scrum Master in multi-application environments Experience in trading, ETRM, commodities and/or CTRM Ability and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies with a particular focus on evolving a business to an agile mindset Strong CAB/SDLC governance experience Proven cross-location release coordination Skilled in Azure DevOps/TFS Excellent UAT leadership & stakeholder management Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and software development Why join?
