La empresa fomenta una cultura dinámica e inclusiva, impulsando la colaboración creativa y el uso de tecnología avanzada para contar historias relevantes y audaces.ResponsabilidadesSupervisar y guiaral equipo de surfacing, revisando la calidad y asegurando que se sigan las notas de dirección y producción.Experticia en surfacing, texturizado y optimización de Assets.Colaborar con el director y supervisor para elevar la calidad artística a niveles superiores.Evaluar el trabajo de los artistas para garantizar que cumplan los estándares y la dirección artística.Crear texturas a partir de fotografías, materiales existentes o generadas proceduralmente.Pintar texturas estilizadas siguiendo el estilo del proyecto.Desarrollar materiales y filtros en Substance Designer para su uso en el pipeline.Producir texturas estilizadas y fotorealistas de alta calidad.Interpretar la visión del Production Designer para el aspecto de las películas.Actualizarse con tecnologías, herramientas de hardware y software adecuadas para fortalecer el entorno creativo.Brindar soporte técnico y resolver incidencias del equipo.Apoyar con shading a equipos de Lighting y FX durante la producción.Fomentar el aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional continuo del equipo.Actuar como enlace entre departamentos de entrada y salida (Modelado, Set Dressing, Rigging, Lighting, FX, Compositing).Proponer soluciones técnicas y definir los métodos más adecuados para avanzar.Demostrar habilidades organizativas: gestión del tiempo, priorización y delegación.Comunicar eficazmente con escucha activa, claridad, empatía y transparencia.RequisitosMás de 6 años de experiencia en industrias de VFX o animación.Al menos 1 año de experiencia específica en la industria de animación.Alta aptitud artística y técnica relacionada con animación 3D.Experto en shading, texturizado y optimización de assets.Conocimiento profundo en creación de UVs.Conocimientos de skinning, rigging, iluminación y optimización.Experiencia en Mari, Maya, Substance Designer y Arnold Render.Dominio alto del inglés; se valora español.Información adicionalSkydancees una compañía diversificada de medios fundada en 2010, dedicada a producir entretenimiento de alta calidad para audiencias globales en cine, televisión, juegos y animación. xsgfvud Se busca personas pioneras y colaborativas para construir un estudio innovador.#J-18808-Ljbffr
