Una excelente oportunidad como Customer Care Agent en una E-Commerce de muebles de diseño #127969; con un equipo joven, dinámico y multidisciplinar #128640;.#128187; FUNCIONES CUSTOMER CARE:Inscríbase sin demora Se espera un gran volumen de solicitantes para el puesto que se detalla a continuación, no espere para enviar su CV.Resolver preguntas e inquietudes por teléfono, chat o correo electrónico.Resolver incidencias de productos o servicios aclarando la queja del cliente, brindándole la mejor solución y dándole seguimiento para asegurar su resolución.Colaborar con nuestro Equipo de Logística, Producción y Ventas.Proporcionar a los clientes información oportuna y precisa del estado de su pedido.Seguimiento de cualquier problema hasta qué se resuelva por completo.Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes existentes.Elaboración de ofertas, presupuestos y la negociación de contratos.REQUISITOS:Experiencia: No requerida.Capacidad de ponerte en el lugar del cliente.Castellano, inglés obligatorios.Manejo avanzado de ofimática.Capacidad de organización y resolución de conflictos.PUNTOS EXTRA:Preocupación e interés por el mundo de la decoración.Saber escuchar al cliente para detectar necesidades, inquietudes, etc.Fuerte capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.Muy buen comunicador, tanto hablado como escrito.¿QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS?Horario de mañanas (de 8:30h a 16:30h)Cuatro días en modalidad presencial y un día de teletrabajo. xsgfvud Contrato indefinido a tiempo completo.Suelo aproximado: 21.000€ brutos anualesUn equipo increíble #128540;
