United as “One Kelvion,” our global team delivers innovative solutions that drive customer success and support a sustainable future.Together, we shape the future.As Leader Vertical Market Data Center, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing winning strategies for Kelvion’s Data Center market. Reporting directly to the VP Sales & Service, you’ll act with a high degree of independence and will have both direct and indirect responsibility for order entry targets in your sector. You will define and drive the key account development strategy and act as the primary interface to our valued clients.Drive sales of Kelvion products and solutions in the Data Center sectorLead the adoption of innovative sales strategies and foster a strong customer focusGuide your team in using effective sales approaches (e.g., Miller Heimann)Communicate sales performance and market insights to management and colleaguesShare growth proposals and collaborate closely with Kelvion leadershipMaintain high-quality CRM data and ensure precise and reliable forecastingLaunch and monitor TRAS / RFA processes in line with Kelvion’s governance and approval rulesMonitor and develop key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term partnershipsSupport budgeting and strategic planning activities for your vertical marketPrepare insightful market analyses and compelling sales documentationActively plan and conduct customer visits and represent Kelvion at trade showsCoordinate customer feedback and complaints with internal teams to ensure swift resolutionAbout YouLocation: SpainSelf‑motivated, independent, and experienced in B2B sales within the Data Center or related vertical marketsStrong knowledge of sales processes, strategy development, and key account managementExcellent communication and leadership skillsHigh proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven forecastingWillingness to travel for client visits and industry eventsFluency in English required; Spanish language skills are an advantageWhat We OfferAt Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
