Envíe su solicitud haciendo clic en el botón "Solicitar".Director of Operations - Responsibilities:Work alongside the senior leadership team to define operational strategy and directionOversee operations within the organisationContribute towards building a high performing GMP team with a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous ImprovementLead the function ensuring that appropriate scientific, regulatory, and quality standards are followed across manufacturing facility design, construction, and validation, GMP operation system establishmentOversee the preparation and management of complex GMP manufacturing facility development plans, budgets, and long-range planningProvide scientific guidance and oversight while factoring in technical, regulatory, and intellectual property considerations and risk assessmentPlay a key role in directing future growth and success of the organisationDirector of Operations - Requirements:Bsc. xsgfvud in Biology or related Life Science discipline, Msc. or PhD preferred, MBA also desirableStrong experience in product/process development and/or commercial manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industryDemonstrated experience in senior leadership rolesLeadership and managerial experience with a team of CMC development scientists and/or engineers (process chemists, analytical chemists, formulation scientists, technical operations), leading cross-functional projects, planning and delivering results within project deadlinesPrevious participation in portfolio decision-makingBrings extensive industry experience and established network within industrySkilled in working collaboratively with Senior Management teams, as well as Partners and other key decision makers within the industryMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
