Role Overview Title: Ukrainian-Speaking Reservations Consultant Location: Remote in Europe or UK/UA time zone Employment: Full-time What you will do - Manage reservations, villa allocations, and complex itineraries across Maldives, Seychelles and UAE portfolios. - Handle daily communication with luxury resorts. - Prepare polished quotations, confirm bookings, and ensure all services are arranged flawlessly. - Assist travel advisors from over 30 countries with high-value requests. - Work collaboratively with operations, concierge, and finance teams to maintain Pure Escapes’ best-in-class standards. What we’re looking for - Fluent Ukrainian and English (Russian is an advantage). - Strong experience in luxury reservations for Indian Ocean resorts and/or UAE 5-star hotels. - Deep understanding of villa categories, festive/peak-season rules, boards, transfers, and occupancy logic. - Excellent communication, CRM accuracy, and the ability to manage high volume with attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving mindset and confidence working with global partners. - Ability to work remotely, independently, and with impeccable organisation.
