We are looking for a QA Lead to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the QA function, aligning activities with project objectives and ensuring the quality of all deliverables. Define the end-to-end testing strategy (functional, regression, automation, integration and, when applicable, performance). Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria. Manage defects, track their resolution and ensure compliance with quality SLAs. Promote best practices in testing, documentation and overall quality assurance processes. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers and Project Managers. Support the adoption or improvement of automation frameworks based on project needs. Produce quality metrics and reports, providing regular visibility into the QA status. Coordinate UAT activities with business teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Document test execution, identified defects and results, including initial validations and post-release checks. Skills Essential: Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA, ideally 3+ years in technical QA roles. Strong knowledge of the full testing lifecycle: functional, regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end and optional performance testing. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (Azure Boards, Azure Test Plans or similar). Familiarity with automation tools, especially Playwright (TypeScript) and Cypress. Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools, as well as data validation and system integrations. Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
