Born in Barcelona in 2019, we have expanded across 8 countries with more than 140 locations, offering leading care and state‑of‑the‑art technology.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the work of multiple payroll providers in multiple countries.Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time for multiple regions, ensuring all employees receive their salaries, bonuses, and benefits as scheduled.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, including tax reporting and filings, to avoid any legal issues.Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records for all employees, ensuring data integrity and privacy.Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies promptly, providing support and clear communication to employees and management.Prepare and distribute detailed payroll reports and analyses to management, offering insights into payroll expenses and trends.Oversee and maintain payroll software systems, ensuring they are up‑to‑date and functioning efficiently.Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure cohesive and efficient payroll operations, including the coordination of employee benefits and compensation changes.Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to payroll processes and systems to remain compliant.Qualifications3+ years experience in a successful sales position with payroll experience.Fluent in English and Spanish.Energetic, well‑organized and team‑spirited.Proven experience in Spanish employment laws and tax regulations.Understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws in other markets is a plus.Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.BenefitsAttractive compensation package based on experience and expectations.Senior position with real impact.International team.Permanent full‑time contract, 40 hours per week.Special discounts & benefits on treatments, aligners, and products.Comprehensive training for professional growth.Dynamic, unique, and fast‑paced environment with impressive career development opportunities.Diversity and InclusionWe cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
