Order to Cash Expert (SAP S/4HANA)Murcia (Spain) or Bad Schwartau (Germany) / HybridReady to be the heartbeat of our supply chain?At Hero, our mission to nourish consumers starts long before the product reaches the table.Descubra exactamente qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto antes de enviar su solicitud a continuación.It relies on seamless processes that ensure our goodness gets to where it’s needed, on time, every time.We are looking for an Order to Cash Expert who sees beyond the code.We need someone who understands that behind every SAP transaction, there is a customer waiting.Here, you won’t just manage systems; you will optimize the flow of our business, creating impact through technology and helping us in Growing Together.What you'll achieveAs our Order to Cash Expert, you will be the bridge between our IT capabilities and our business needs.You will be empowered to:Master the Process: Maintain, customize, and optimize our SAP S/4HANA system for the entire Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.You’ll make it efficient, robust, and user-friendly.Connect the Dots: Manage complex integrations with External Warehouses and internal processes, including Freight management and Shipments (Create Wow).Drive Harmonization: Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize processes.You won't just maintain the status quo; you’ll design the future of our operations.Empower the Team: Act as a trusted Business Partner for Customer Service and Logistics.You’ll guide key users, provide 2nd level support, and lead workshops to share knowledge.Lead Change: Participate in major S/4HANA rollout projects, ensuring a seamless integration that supports our global growth.Who you areWe are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with a business mindset.A SAP Specialist: You have a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and strong knowledge of SAP O2C processes (SD/LE modules).Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA is a must.An Integration Pro: You have experience with SAP integrations in the O2C domain, including IDOC and EDI.A Business Partner: You understand business processes and can translate technical concepts into solutions for logistics and customer service teams.An Analytical Thinker: You have strong planning and problem-solving skills.You spot improvements where others see routine.A Communicator: You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and thrive in a collaborative, international environment (Everyone Hero).Nice to have: Knowledge of ABAP programming and Project Management experience.Our Culture: How We Grow TogetherTechnology at Hero is about people.We are committed to a culture where you feel safe to innovate and valued for your expertise.Create Wow: We look for curiosity. xsgfvud We want you to challenge how things are done to find better, faster ways to serve our customers.
