This will also involve working closely with the Product team, Departments and the Product Manager to prioritise objectively the goals to ensure business growth, scalability, and excellence in delivery.Your Role and Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the management of the Product Manager, coordinate and execute the Product strategy to optimize the conversion rate, engagement, and user retention.Research and analyze markets and competitors, including device types, usability, languages, and related functionalities.Analyze user behavior and data to identify actionable insights, optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels.Align CRO initiatives with product owners, UX/UI designers, Product Analyst, Departments, and Product Manager.Define CRO requirements in detail and coordinate developments with the development team to meet requirements on agreed timelines.Analyze and report CRO impact results, providing data and recommendations.Define, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve the user journey and overall conversion rates.Dive into qualitative and quantitative data to generate product innovations.Communicate opportunities, new trends, and innovations to the product team and Product Manager.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with CRO experience in a software or tech-driven environment.Technology passionate.
