Reporting directly to the HR Director and leading a team of professionals, you will connect the Talent strategy with organizational priorities. Your mission is to position HR initiatives at the service of both people and business needs:Lead the Talent Strategy: You will directly manage and develop the Talent team, fostering high performance and collaboration. You will define and drive the Talent strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with local priorities and Group HR guidelines.Attract & Connect: You will own Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. This includes managing strategic pipelines (like the Graduate Programme), leading initiatives like Top Employer, and managing relationships with headhunters and universities to secure the best capability for the future.Drive Performance & Culture: You will lead the deployment of Performance Management frameworks, promoting a strong feedback culture. You will drive talent reviews and people discussions to support succession planning and informed decision-making.Empower Learning: You will define Learning & Development strategies aligned with business needs. From design to deployment, you will ensure our development programs and compliance requirements to deliver real impact and effective capability building.Innovate with Tech & Data: You will lead HR Projects and drive the optimization of the Talent area through technology (e.g., Success Factors, AI applied to HR).Data, Governance & Collaboration: you will use a process-driven approach, defining KPIs to support decisions, continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations (Take responsibility).Who you areWe are looking for a professional with a solid background and specific competencies to drive this agenda.The Profile: You have a University degree (HR, Business, Law) and at least 8 years of proven experience across the full Talent lifecycle (TA, TM, Performance, L& D) and HR projects. A Postgraduate degree or Master's in HR is considered a plus.The Leader: Experience leading and developing teams in multinational, multicultural, or matrix environments is highly valued.Strategic & Tech-Savvy: You possess a business-oriented mindset and are comfortable with HR technologies (HRIS/Success Factors) and data analytics. You use insights to drive efficiency.The Consultant Mindset: Background in consulting (HR/Transformation) or executive search is a strong plus.
