Location:Si desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante.anywhere in GreeceWork Model:remoteSchedule:Monday-Sunday, rotating shifts between 07:00-22:00Language:Spanish (C2) + English (B2)Training:1 week (paid)Visa Support:Not providedRelocation:Provided for candidates relocating from within the EUEmployment Type:Full-timeAbout The RoleWe are seeking aSpanish-speaking Content Review & Community Support Specialistto join our team.In this role, you will help maintain a safe digital environment by reviewing user‑reported content, responding to community inquiries, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.You will support users with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism while analyzing trends, identifying risks, and providing insights that improve the overall user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist users by handling inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and timely responsesStay informed about platform products, community standards, and policy updatesMake balanced, well‑reasoned decisions based on established guidelinesInvestigate and resolve issues reported on the platform (account support, policy concerns, abusive content review)Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring reports of potential policy abuseAnalyze data and identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks in workflowsProvide high‑quality written and verbal supportEscalate sensitive cases to the appropriate teamsUse market‑specific insights to improve user support processesMaintain cultural awareness of the region you support, ensuring consistent and fair policy applicationMinimum RequirementsLanguage RequirementsNative‑level Spanish (C2)Good English communication skills (B2 or approved equivalent test result)Analytical SkillsAbility to follow reasoning and analytical testing standards (minimum score based on internal assessment)ExperienceUp to 1 year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, customer service, or similar process‑driven environments (preferred)High cultural awareness regarding the supported market/regionDepartment WorkstreamsYou may be assigned to one of several workflow areas, such as:Business Integrity (moderately sensitive content)Content Moderation (including reviewing images, ads, videos, and comments)Intellectual Property ReviewUser Support (chat/email)Policy Enforcement & OperationsProduct Operations (gathering training data, reviewing videos, etc.)Compensation & BenefitsGross monthly salary: 1,045 xsgfvud Performance bonus: Up to 160 per monthAgency contract: YesBrand use: NoRelocation Package (for eligible candidates)2‑week hotel accommodationFlight ticket (within the EU)Airport pickupReal estate agency fee coveredWork‑from‑home conditions:If relocating: WFH location is AthensIf local: WFH can be anywhere within GreeceAccepted DocumentsEU citizenshipFull‑purpose or Specific‑purpose work permit cardCertificate of Protection (refugees)Ideal Candidate TraitsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh attention to detailEmpathy and emotional resilienceAbility to make sound decisions while following policy guidelinesComfort working with potentially sensitive contentMotivation to contribute to a safer online community#J-18808-Ljbffr
