Our teams operate in cross-country and cross-functional squads, delivering cutting-edge services to Europe's most valued Operator.Our mission is to create the best customer experience based on three core principles:Cloud-based – Harnessing the latest technologies for scalability and performance.Automated– Driving efficiency through AI, automation, and DevOps.To ensure the stability and efficiency of DT-Technik's cloud infrastructure (BM4X), we are seeking qualified personnel. They will be responsible for 2nd-level incident and problem management, working closely with our internal first-line, onside-support DT-ISP/FOPS and the developers of compute automation. Our goal is to enhance service quality and strengthen the innovation of our cloud services.2nd-Level Incident Management: Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.Strong knowledge of compute infrastructure (HPE Servers, Lenovo Servers, DELL Servers).- Experience with monitoring and automation tools.- Proficient in network skills, including IPv6 configuration and troubleshooting.Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS, and developers.- Agile Skillset:- Experience working in Agile environments.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).- Ability to contribute effectively in Agile team settings and participate in Agile ceremonies.Jira- Zabbix (Monitoring-Tool)Hybrid work model (teleworking/on-site). xsgfvud ~ Continuous training: Preparation for certifications, access to Coursera, weekly English and German classes...~ Flexible compensation plan: health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare, transport assistance...~ Social fund.~
