Lead Power Apps Functional

Consultant Role Overview The Lead Power Apps Consultant is responsible for driving the functional workstream in Power Apps projects, engaging directly with business stakeholders (in English), gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions on the Power Platform, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business needs and processes. Communicate fluently in English with customer stakeholders. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Document and clarify functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business challenges into clear problem statements and solution requirements. Establish complexity levels and create estimates (ROE). Solution Design Propose and design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. Present solution options and recommendations to customers. Prepare and review solution design and specification documents. Project Delivery Act as a liaison between the customer and HCLTech development teams. Ensure timely communication and alignment across all project layers.
