These goals and initiatives are across improving payment experience, affordability, access, engagement and reducing costs.Contribute in Payments product strategy and the prioritization for the country, across different payment products & programs.Lead specific payment programs end to end, including its strategy, P&L and initiatives.Foster partnership strategies in the KSA Payments ecosystem to enhance the payment offering of .Secure, sign‑up, and manage working relationships with Payment partners. Negotiate and finalize business contracts with partners, ensuring favorable terms for .Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the fintech and payments space.Represent at Payment’s industry events and conferences to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Represent Payment’s team internally to larger team. Collaborate with internal Payments Team (Product, Finance, Legal, and Ops) and broader team (leadership, marketing, finance) to achieve the goals and objectives.Contribute to Payment planning for Amazon shopping events and key strategic programs. Contribute to customer/market research and benchmarking studies, to provide localized inputs.Basic QualificationsMBAExperience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross‑functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals6+ years of professional or military experienceKnowledge of Excel at an advanced levelStrong understanding of payment ecosystems, including traditional banking, alternative payment methods, and emerging fintech solutions.Preferred Qualifications6+ years of Payment Industry experience in partnership management, preferably in the banking, fintech, or e‑commerce sectors.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
