Key Responsibilities:• Lead category strategy and execution across the Home channel, partnering with Regional Leaders across Spain. • Work closely with the Director to uncover opportunities, strengthen execution, and optimise performance. • Enhance central processes and alignment between commercial and trade marketing teams – ensuring regional activation plans match national category priorities. • Own category and performance reporting using Power BI, NielsenIQ, Excel and PowerPoint, delivering clear insights, actionable recommendations, and data-led decision-making. • Present category and business performance updates to senior leaders, showcasing trends, growth drivers, risks and ROI. • Continuously refine forecasting accuracy, promotional effectiveness and channel efficiency to support long-term value creation.About You: • An experienced Category Manager or Data-led Account Manager with strong analytical ability and an instinct for turning insight into commercial action. • A natural relationship builder who collaborates effectively with cross-functional and regional teams. • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders, able to articulate category narratives and recommendations persuasively. • Organised, structured and proactive — comfortable operating with multiple regional touchpoints and seasonal peaks. • Fluent in English and Spanish, resilient, solutions-driven, and commercially astute.If this sounds aligned to your strengths and ambitions, I’d love to speak with you.
