As an Associate Account Specialist with our fast‑growing Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will play a key role in launching innovative products designed to treat cardiac arrhythmia, while providing expert training and support to physicians and clinical staff. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting‑edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products. This position will be based in Spain and will be in a Remote role responsible for specific region. Preferable languages is English and Spanish is mandatory.ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on the use of key technologies including the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA over‑wire ablation system, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation systemProvide in‑depth product expertise through sales presentations, hands‑on product demonstrations, installations and ongoing support to ensure successful technology adoption across hospital stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by acting as a trusted partner and resourceDevelop and sustain advanced clinical and technical knowledge of company products while staying informed on competitor offerings, features and differentiatorsDemonstrate composure and critical thinking in high‑stress situations with a proactive and solution‑oriented approachCollaborate closely with account teams and Sales Managers, contributing to regular territory reviews and strategic planningServe as a key liaison between sales teams and technical staff to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfactionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or SalesBackground in Cardiology or experience as a Cardiac Physiologist is preferredKnowledge of electrophysiology procedures and productsFluency in English and SpanishExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisationA strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a drive for excellenceHolds a valid driving license with a clean recordMedtronic is committed to safeguarding the principle of non‑discrimination in employment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation or gender identity, as set out in Article 14 of the Constitution and Articles 17 and 18 of the Workers’ Statute, as well as Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March on effective equality between women and men and Law 4/2023 for the real and effective equality of transgender people and the protection of LGTBI rights.
