Production Engineer for Space Electronics Manufacturing Process Optimization (H/F) – Computadoras, Redes e Ingeniería, SAPor favor, lea detenidamente la información de esta oferta de empleo para entender exactamente qué se espera de los posibles candidatos.AEROCONTACT invites you to apply for this role.ResponsibilitiesProcedures and process optimization and verification.Support industrial means start up and implementation.Support and troubleshoot in the shop floor.Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and processes, implementing best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.Member of the multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and KCs.Optimize and balance workflow by using Standard Times Methodologies and simulations.Optimize the layout, material chain and management on the shop floor.Support and deploy manufacturing needs/feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen, PPS, and define industrial means requirements.Organize the workload on the shop floor, developing time, cost, and quality KPIs.QualificationsEducational level required: Engineering degree or Master.Disciplined and methodical person capable of negotiating with diverse teams.Coaching and pedagogic skills.Proactivity, organization, autonomy and adaptation to change.Knowledge in ERP and SPC processes.Knowledge in specific IT tools used in planning: Excel / MS Project.Knowledge in standard line balancing methods and simulations.Experience using SAP is highly valued.CompanyComputadoras, Redes e Ingeniería, SAContract TypePermanentExperience LevelProfessionalJob FamilyManufacturing EngineeringEqual Opportunity StatementAirbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
