You will report directly to the Head of Regulatory Compliance for Europe and support the expansion of Revolut Bank UAB branches established in European Economic Area countries.What You’ll Be DoingBuilding and leading a team of regulatory compliance expertsEngaging with management bodies on compliance positionsSupporting the Head of Regulatory Compliance for Europe in the delivery of responsibilities, including conduct rules, training, and reportingWorking with Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local compliance management frameworks and processes are aligned with global onesPerforming compliance reviews of expansion initiatives and new productsAdvising the business on compliance requirements and related controlsIdentifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote complianceLiaising with key internal (e.g., Legal, Risk, BSA/AML officer) and external (e.g., regulators, advisors, partners) stakeholders as requiredWhat You’ll Need8+ years of regulatory compliance experience within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulatorExperience in C‑Suite and board‑level engagement on compliance topicsExpertise identifying compliance risks and potential vulnerabilities, advising on best practices to address findings efficientlyKnowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementationThe desire and drive to learn, grow, and create a quick impact as part of an expanding teamExceptional critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skillsThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesExperience working in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on executionNice to HaveA professional certificate/diploma in compliance, and/or a willingness to take exams in the futureA degree in business, finance, or lawWe Value Diversity and InclusionBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
