Location: Remote from anywhere in Spain (office available in Barcelona) Client: Travel Insurance Company We’re looking for a People Business Partner (HRBP) to join one of our clients — a dynamic travel insurance company. This role is 100% remote, but you’ll have access to their Barcelona office if you prefer in-person work. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & Advisory Act as a trusted partner to managers and team leads, guiding them on team dynamics, performance, and people decisions. Support team objectives, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Be a cultural ambassador, bringing company values to life in daily operations. People Programs & Development Lead and improve processes for performance reviews, feedback cycles, engagement surveys, and talent development. Identify growth opportunities, coaching needs, and learning paths across teams. Collaborate on compensation, career frameworks, and progression initiatives. Operational HR & Insights Use data to diagnose challenges and drive decision-making (engagement, attrition, hiring trends). Ensure documentation, policies, and practices are aligned and compliant with local laws (Spain and other markets as needed). Partner with Talent Acquisition and the People team to ensure a consistent employee experience. Requirements 5+ years’ experience as HRBP or in similar HR generalist roles, ideally in startups or digital environments. Solid knowledge of performance management, organisational development, and Spanish employment law. Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence and take action. xsgfvud Fluent in English and Spanish . Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
