You will manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals and will report to the VP Product. Your role will involve strategic planning, Product leadership, and driving innovation across multiple product lines.What you will doAt Joko, we strongly believe in end-to-end ownership. As Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Team Leadership: Mentor, grow, and lead high-performing Product Managers. Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Roadmap Development: Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps across several product lines, ensuring they align with company goals and market needs.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.Product Strategy: Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy, aligning it with the company's mission and business objectives.
