Además, asegúrese de leer todos los requisitos relacionados con este puesto.As a Software Engineer within the AI Engineering Team, you will play a crucial role indesigning, developing, hosting, and maintaining web applications that leverage artificialintelligence and machine learning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bringAI-driven products to life, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable.You are expected to take ownership of features and services from design throughproduction, making sound engineering trade-offs along the way.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:1. Software Development: Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists tointegrate AI algorithms and models into web applications. Write clean, maintainable,and efficient code using best practices.2. Web & AI Integration: Develop user-friendly, responsive web applications thatintegrate AI models, APIs, and services. Ensure AI-powered functionality isperformant, reliable, and meets agreed quality standards.3. Hosting and Deployment: Manage the deployment of applications to cloud platforms(e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and contribute to robust solutions that ensure highavailability and scalability.4. Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor application health and performance,troubleshoot issues, and implement ongoing improvements.5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AIresearchers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to ensureseamless integration of AI features into the applications.6. Security & Risk Awareness: Design and implement software with security, privacy,and data protection in mind. Proactively identify potential security or compliancerisks in architecture and implementation, and escalate concerns to the appropriatesecurity or governance teams when deeper review (e.g. DPIA, GDPR, threatmodelling) is required.7. Operational Excellence: Build and operate services with a strong focus on reliabilityand observability. Write meaningful automated tests, define service-level metrics,create dashboards, and configure alerts to ensure systems are understandable,supportable, and resilient in production.8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, andsystem architecture.QUALIFICATIONS:• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, working in complexenvironments, with a proven track record of delivering tangible value throughtechnology• Proven experience in Software development with expertise in web application andbackend development.• Strong programming skills, particularly Python for backend development andJavaScript (React, Node.js) for frontend development• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts and libraries.• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS).• Knowledge of DevOps best practices for CI/CD, observability, and automated testing.• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker,Kubernetes).• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:Location: Offices in Barcelona, close to El Prat de Llobregat.Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).Project: Long-term, stable project utilizing a cutting-edge tech stack.A qué esperas para formar parte de nuestro gran equipo Randstad Digital?
