¿Dónde trabajarás? Gran multinacional española con más de 140 años de historia, líder en el sector agrícola y con presencia en más de 90 países. Actualmente busca incorporar un FP&A para sus oficinas ubicadas en Barcelona. ¿Qué harás? - Desarrollar y mejorar las plantillas y procesos de budgeting, forecasting y reporting de datos actuales, de forma que facilite el análisis y la revisión de la información financiera - Mantener reuniones de forma regular con los responsables de centros de coste, corporate partners y responsables de unidades de negocio para realizar revisiones y análisis de resultados Vs Budget - Asegurar junto con los corporate partners que el proceso de consolidación y las políticas financieras son aplicadas en todas las entidades filiales. - Revisión de cargos Inter compañía y asegurar su alineamiento con presupuesto. Asegurar la correcta contabilización a efectos de consolidación. - Desarrollar e implementar modelos de reporting y procesos de FP&A, respetando en todo momento los timings definidos por la compañía. - Liderar la definición de planes financieros individuales de acuerdo con los diferentes proyectos estratégicos planteados por la empresa. ¿A quién buscamos? - Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía o estudios afines. - Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de FP&A, controlling financiero o roles similares en entornos corporativos o multinacionales. - Experiencia demostrada en procesos de budgeting, forecasting, reporting y análisis financiero. - Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis financiero. - Nivel C1 de inglés. ¿Qué ofrecemos? - Incorporación a un equipo multidisciplinar con un alto nivel de expertise. - Horario flexible para ayudarte a conciliar tu vida laboral y personal. - Un plan de bienvenida completo, evaluaciones 360º y planes de desarrollo personalizados para ayudarte a crecer y prosperar. - Acceso a una plataforma de formación online, que ofrece una amplia gama de oportunidades de autoformación para que tu aprendizaje sea continuo. - Un modelo de trabajo híbrido que te ofrece la flexibilidad de trabajar desde casa y desde la oficina. - Otros.
