We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for Back End Developers with at least 2 years of experience to work with one of our clients in the banking sector.What will be your responsibilities?Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices following the bank's standards and policies.Implement solutions in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Stream).Integrate distributed messaging systems with Kafka for real-time event and data processing.Configure environments and set parameters according to requirements.Apply best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.Work with relational databases (Oracle) and optimize SQL queries.Participate in technical definition, architecture, and data modeling.Use version control tools (Git Hub) and CI/CD (Git Actions).Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer support.Minimum requirements:Backend development experience with Java and Spring frameworks.Solid knowledge in designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.Experience with Kafka and messaging systems.Proficient in relational databases and SQL.Experience in Agile environments and management tools (Jira, Confluence).High level of English and ability to work in international teams.What do we offer?23 working days of vacation plus December 24th and 31st off.Numerous social benefits (medical insurance, telework support, life and accident insurance).Flexible Compensation Program (meal card, childcare vouchers, transportation card, online English classes, family medical insurance, etc.).Free access to various training platforms.Job stability and career development.Internal referral compensation plan.Option to receive your salary in 12 or 14 payments.Work-life balance measures (flexible schedule, remote work, specialist support—psychologist, nutritionist, personal trainer—intensive Fridays and summer schedule depending on the project).UST Club platform discounts and gym discounts. xsgfvud If you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to fill you in details.
