Your responsibilities include analysing business requirements, solution development (configuration), incident management and delivering the service with the team.Who you areYou are an experienced SAP ECC and/or S/4Hana analyst/developer with a solid track record working with IT services. You are flexible, open‑minded, service‑oriented with good communication and interaction skills. You have a good understanding of SAP SD/MM/PP modules and hands‑on experience with SAP application/system development.Formal QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experienceAt least 3 years of experience in relevant IT positions, preferably in development, configuration and incident‑management operations in a large‑scale environmentGood understanding of supply‑chain processesKnowledge of S/4Hana public cloud is an advantage; S/4 HANA certified BA is a big plusKnowledge of different kinds of integration technologies (especially SAP BTP integration suite would be an advantage)Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as the local language in your country of residenceKeys to SuccessGood requirement gathering skills with the ability to capture OTI business processesUser story creation and following a good UAT process practiceConfiguration knowledge on SAP applicationsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an excellent attention to detailUnderstanding of application and integration security and privacy conceptsGood communication and social skills, with the ability to adjust your message to the audienceAbility to work in virtual and international teamsA team player who takes initiativeA proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and the enhancement of processes and applicationsWhat we offerYou will be part of a highly motivated and experienced team in an open and informal setting, where initiative is expected and rewarded.
