What you’ll doAs a Business Intelligence Manager, you will:Define and implement the BI strategy and roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.Build, maintain, and optimize a robust BI infrastructure, including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.Collaborate with leadership, business units, and IT teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.Ensure timely delivery of BI projects while maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Manage BI tools and data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, MySQL, Data Lake) and explore new technologies to improve capabilities.Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team, including data analysts, report developers, and data engineers. What we’re looking forWe are seeking a candidate with:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.7+ years of experience in BI, data architecture, or analytics roles, including 2+ years in a managerial position.Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehouses.Solid understanding of data governance and modern data cataloging practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English.EU citizen or valid work permit to work in Spain.
