This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Madrid (hybrid).ResponsibilitiesSupport the Product Owner and the Team in planning (short, medium and long term) and delivering technology-related results, including the IT Roadmap.Help the Product Owner to manage the backlog, support in defining, documenting and maintaining requirements during the development process.Define the business logic of a Big Data system to achieve project\'s requirements.Acts as a Subject Matter Expert at its perimeter, analyzing the best way to implement and deploy new functionalities and initiatives and maintaining a deep knowledge of industry.Guiding the teams and conduct business research and/or data analysis.SkillsHigh Knowledge on P&L process (Trading and/or Client), and it would be perfect to have also knowledge in Murex and downstream processes.More than 7 years of experience in similar roles.Experience with software development teams directly.Experience in working in SCRUM or other Agile framework.Knowledge of CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, Automated Testing tools.University background oriented to financial/business (Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Economics, Business Administration...)SQL Knowledge.Handling of MS Office tool and knowledge of Excel at advanced user level.Very good command of English (B2+/C1).Do you want to know more about Winning?We are a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and headhunting. xsgfvud We support our clients in finding innovative and sustainable solutions, ranging from applying scientific knowledge to solve complex management challenges to driving digital and technological transformation within organizations.If you want to learn more about us, visit our website at J-18808-Ljbffr
