This role does not involve on-site repairs but focuses on expert advice and technical support, giving you a comprehensive view of our business.To excel in this position, you will need strong technical knowledge, customer orientation, and analytical skills. You will learn by working closely with experienced professionals, contributing to continuous improvement projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence.This is an opportunity to grow in an international environment, gain expertise in energy solutions, and develop key skills in aftersales management.How you’ll make an impactManage technical and commercial aftersales inquiries.Analyze issues and propose effective solutions.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.Prepare technical reports and documentation for customers.Participate in continuous improvement projects.Support the preparation of aftersales offers.Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.Contribute to process optimization initiatives.Your backgroundDegree in Electrical, Electronic, or similar Engineering.Initial experience in industrial or technical environments.Basic knowledge of power transformers and electrical systems.Strong communication skills and customer focus.Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).More about usWe offer a holistic range of benefits to support your financial, physical, and mental well-being, as well as your personal development.
